JUMPSTART Jumpstart is your way back to fitness! It is a class designed for beginners. In this 6-week class, you will ease into working out with gentle exercises while learning the proper forms and names of different movements. These movements will include kickboxing to bootcamp-like exercises. You will also be educated on healthy eating, hear success stories, and track your progress throughout your 6-week journey. This class will get you started on your way to increasing your strength and improving your health.
KICKBOXING Kickboxing will thrill you and work you out at the same time. It is an exhilarating class that leaves you feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the world. This class alternates between a variety of punches and kicks on a bag designed to take the beating and high-intensity weight and core-strengthening exercises.
CrossFit CrossFit workouts offer a variety of exercises to keep class fun and high-energy. These exercises include, but are not limited to weight training, cardio, core-strengthening, and circuit training workouts. The movements needed in these exercises will help reduce body fat and increase strength, speed, agility, coordination, and stamina. CrossFit is held indoors and outdoors in a variety of locations.
YOGA Yoga is a gentle exercise that is great for any age and ability. It includes a variety of poses that work the entire body in a natural, relaxed flow. Yoga will lengthen, strengthen, and challenge your muscles in new ways and calm your mind in the process. The benefits of yoga seem endless, providing both instant gratification and lasting transformation. Yoga can quickly change your physical and mental capacity while preparing the mind and body for long-term health. The class is taught by Body and Soul-trained instructor, Jessica Weber.
PERSONAL TRAINING Personal training is a comfortable approach to clients that need private instruction while exercising. The workouts are tailored to the individual’s abilities, fitness level, and personal goals. Sessions are one hour and can include various exercises including anything from kickboxing to strength training, endurance, flexibility, nutrition, and more. Unlike your typical gym setting, you will not be put on a cardio machine for 30 mins or more at High Vibe. Sessions scheduled at times that work for you. Couple/small group training is also an option.
