Coming from a teaching background and sticking with her passion for teaching fitness in a group setting. She created High Vibe Fitness with the idea of High Vibrational fitness that is all-encompassing of High Fives, Good Vibes, Fitness, Fun, Friends, with Hard Work.
Classes are different you will always leave knowing you had a great workout, and the energy and love of the tribe will keep you coming back.
Jess believes that you need to have a variety of different activities that keep you moving for a lifetime, not until you go on vacation. Do everything in moderation. Be kind to yourself. Have fun!
