Everyone has a story. Everyone has a goal. High Vibe isn’t your typical gym, we’re a community of like-minded individuals who are here to encourage, support and celebrate accomplishments along the way.
Designed with beginners in mind, our 6-week Jumpstart program will help ease you into a new routine that will increase your strength and improve your overall health. Jumpstart incorporates exercise, nutritional guidance, and mindset training.
- Learn about healthy eating - Participate in private Jumpstart classes 4 times a week - Learn names of movements and proper form - Kickboxing, bootcamp/CrossFit classes, Yoga, WERQ - Hear success stories - One-on-one meetings with owner/head trainer, Jess - Progress tracking
To help you succeed on this journey, we provide you with resources such as menus, a food journal, at home workouts, a trip to the grocery store, accountability, and more. Don’t be scared or intimidated by fitness or a gym, allow yourself to relax, have fun, and keep rolling with it…fitness is awesome!
