A part of the High Vibe mission statement is that there is more to weight loss and looking great than working out and seeing the physical changes in the body. In order to really get the results you want and avoid the roller coaster weight gain and loss, you have to reach deep within YOURSELF. Reflect on the parts of your life that are causing you pain, the parts of your body you don’t like, and the thoughts that are keeping you from being amazing. When we look within and acknowledge these bumps in the road, we heal them, grow, and begin to create beautiful thoughts and habits in our lives.
Emotions are a huge factor in weight gain and the inability to lose weight. We find ourselves emotionally eating because of stress, or we stuff away emotions such as anger, fear, sadness, anxiety, loneliness, or shame. Then we numb those feelings and ourselves with food. This method of dealing with our feelings could be rooted from childhood when we did something good or were sad and our parents rewarded us with food.
Change your thoughts about yourself and the areas of your body you don’t like. If you don’t like your stomach you are constantly sending your stomach yucky thoughts and energy, which in turn, means that what you think about your stomach will happen. You will struggle to lose the weight.
Start to Feel your Feelings. When you reach for your vice food take a breath, ask yourself what am I feeling, am I hungry?
Affirm Daily… I’m at an Ideal Weight that my body needs. Visualize your body the way you want it to look. The people’s bodies in magazines have been altered. This is about you and your realistic body for yourself.
These thoughts, positive actions, and working out will be the road map for healing from the inside out and feeling the best you have ever felt.
