I am a person who has always tried to be active challenging myself and encouraging others. I played basketball, volleyball and baseball, water sports/skiing for most of my life. I was a Boy Scout/Venture Crew leader for 10 years completing High Adventure Activities in the great outdoors.
I have to admit, I did fall off the "fitness" and "healthy eating train" a few times but with deep reflection and determination, I got back on track. Eating healthy with the mindset of "if I eat this, how will my body react" and keeping my body in motion, life is good!
My Motivation is to keep others active no matter what level of fitness they are in. From Youth to Senior Citizens, I will offer best practices for each individual person as every BODY is different. A body in motion, stays in motion. :)
