CrossFit workouts offer a variety of exercises to keep class fun and high-energy. These exercises include, but are not limited to weight training, cardio, core-strengthening, and circuit training workouts. The movements needed in these exercises will help reduce body fat and increase strength, speed, agility, coordination, and stamina. CrossFit is held indoors and outdoors in a variety of locations.
This program caters to Middle School and up.
