Personal training is a comfortable approach to clients that need private instruction while exercising. The workouts are tailored to the individual’s abilities, fitness level, and personal goals. Sessions are one hour and can include various exercises including anything from kickboxing to strength training, endurance, flexibility, nutrition, and more. Unlike your typical gym setting, you will not be put on a cardio machine for 30 mins or more at High Vibe. Sessions are scheduled at times that work for you. Couple/small group training is also an option.
