Our program focuses on building a strong foundation in strength, endurance, speed, and mobility while also prioritizing injury prevention and avoiding burnout. We believe that by developing a solid strength training base, athletes can reach their full potential and achieve results beyond simply playing games.
The 11-week program will run from early June to August 25th, with classes available Monday through Thursday. Each session will be one hour long and consist of strength training, endurance, speed, one plyometrics, and concluding sessions with mobility and visualization.
sign-upWe offer multiple daily time slots, so you can find a convenient option for your schedule. Choose from the following class times: 8 am, 10 am, Noon, 2 pm, and 4 pm.
Sarah Van Riper, a former D1 Ice Hockey player from Ohio State University, is facilitating this program. Sarah holds a degree in Exercise Science.
She was a strength and conditioning intern at the University of North Carolina Tar Heels, specializing in Lacrosse, Soccer, and Baseball.
Assistant Coach Ross Stauffecher is a current athlete at Loras College and specializes in track and field.
